Chronic Constipation: Hadza fiber diet and fasting helps debilitated colon
If you eat three meals a day, that's 21 meals in a week, if you are having only one bowel movement daily; It means you have fourteen meals backed up in your colon—constipation, that's fourteen rotting meals stuck inside of you turning in to rock-like waste.
Constipation is a Latin word and it means crowded together. Constipation occurs because normally the bowels should move daily, typically, at the end of each meal. If this doesn't happen, waste matter moves very slowly through the large bowel. Getting rid of waste becomes very painful. Toxins are reabsorbed by the body, which puts too much strain on the eliminated organs such as the liver and kidneys. Ideally all body wastes should be eliminated from a time-span of 18-24 hours.
All of that extra weight crushing downs your colon of solid wastes that are stuck below your navel. Extremely constipated, you can go days without elimination. The colon is stress and pressing down on your womb because of constipation, which leads to womb afflictions, and even miscarriage.
The way most people eat: processed foods, fast foods, eating on the go, feeding on all types of highly toxic combinations of foods, like white flour products and contaminated flesh foods, they all contributed to constipation.
According to Queen Afua, for every meal you eat, a bowel movement should follow before the next meal is consumed. If you consume two to three meals a day, you must have at least two or three bowel movements that day. That should tell you that you have a healthy colon.
The symptoms of constipation:
A Constipated state produced hard, dry, and seldom stool. Other related symptoms are lack of energy, poor appetite as a sign that the body is in distress, light back pain, abdominal discomfort, dull headache.
Constipation health effects:
There are several physical problems caused by constipation such as indigestion, bad breath, and body odor because of overloaded toxins, depression, fatigue, gas, hernia, appendicitis, obesity, coated tongue, and insomnia.
When overloaded toxins are reabsorbed from a constipated bowel, which can cause chronic gas and bloating as well as the following:
Certain causes of constipation
During pregnancy is a common cause of constipation.
Not drinking enough water can cause constipation
People with spinal injuries can be affected by constipation because of nerve damaged.
The hadza diet:
Scientists have estimated the hadza tribe in Africa eats seven times more fiber than people in the west. All of that fiber feeds a collection of cells vital for good health and for building bacteria in the stomach.
In our gout we have about a thousand species of bacteria, which plays an essential role in digesting food. The more variety of bacteria someone has, the better his/her digestive system and overall health. The hadza high fiber diet means they are constantly feeding their gout bacteria.
Scientists have now confirmed that the hadza tribe has twice the micro biotic diversity than we do in the western world.
Depression, obesity, physical, and mental health, heart disease are some of the disorders that maybe link to a lack of diversity of bacteria in people’s gout in most western countries.
We all can be better of eating like the hadza tribe in Africa—a high fiber diet.
Constipation natural remedies:
Eat adequate fiber in your diet, drink enough water, and you should get enough outdoor exercise to get plenty of fresh air.
Upon waking up in the morning drink a glass of warm water or some natural alkaline warm tea—see the free natural food guide. Drink about a quart of warm water before breakfast to promote regularity in your morning bowel movement.
After every meal, you will benefit from walking outside and from getting plenty of fresh air. Practice deep breathing, it helps constipation.
The more fiber you add to your diet, the softer and larger will be your stools.
In the morning squeeze a lemon to a glass of warm water and drink it right when you wake up.
During each meal eat a lesser portion of the food.
