Here are seven daily easy simple things you can do to get healthier.

  1. Wake up with the sun
  2. walking for even a few minutes daily
  3. drink warm alkaline natural herbal teas in the morning
  4. Eat fruits and vegetables from seven till twelve noon to help your body expel mucus and body wastes
  5. read one or more healthy lifestyle book each month
  6. fast to rest your bodily organs
  7. go to sleep after sunset or 90 minutes after sunset
